Forecast bias

The direction of the miss, repeated. A rep who consistently beats their call is sandbagging; one who consistently misses it has happy ears. Bias, unlike noise, is correctable once it is measured.

These tools label a rep sandbagger or happy ears when their mean accuracy sits outside the tolerance band (default ±5%) in a consistent direction.
