A 0-100 weighted blend of engagement signals: usage trend, login recency, support load, NPS, and champion status. Missing signals are reweighted rather than counted against the account. It ranks attention, it does not predict the future.

Default weights in the Retention & CS Ops tool: usage trend 30, engagement recency 20, support load 15, NPS 20, champion 15. All editable.
